We hope you found something to perfectly match your mood, but if not, we’re here to help. Frolic Boutique accepts returns for store credit only—please review the details below carefully.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must arrive back at Frolic within 14 days from the original shipping date of your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.

Sale items, jewelry, special orders, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Frolic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these policy conditions.
Online Returns Process:
- Please initiate your return by emailing us at orders@frolicboutiqueatlanta.com.
- Include your order number, items you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.
- We'll respond within 24 hours to approve eligible returns and provide a Frolic Shopify-generated return shipping label.

Only returns using our provided Shopify-generated labels will be accepted.Once approved, neatly pack items in their original packaging if possible, attach the provided shipping label, and drop your package at your nearest shipping carrier promptly.
Store Credit Details:
- After we receive and inspect your returned items, store credit will be issued as a digital gift card within 5 business days.
- Store credit is valid for one year from the original purchase date.
- The cost of return shipping and handling will be deducted from your store credit total.
In-Store Purchase Returns:
- Full-priced clothing purchased in-store is eligible for return within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns will be for store credit only, valid for one year.
- Jewelry, special orders, and sale items purchased in-store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Holiday Return Policy:
- Items purchased during the holiday season (November 15th to December 25th) are eligible for return through January 12th of the following year.
- Holiday returns will receive store credit only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
- If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us promptly at orders@frolicboutiqueatlanta.com so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
